How to Cancel an Order

  • Within 24 Hours: If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, please contact our customer service team at

  • After 24 Hours: If more than 24 hours have passed since you placed your order, cancellation requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Refund Process

  • Eligible Cancellations: If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
  • Non-Refundable Situations: Orders that have already been shipped or delivered cannot be canceled. Additionally, items that are damaged or altered after delivery are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
